DiCioccio Property Services was founded by Chris DiCioccio in 2021 with a straightforward goal: provide honest, reliable property services and do the work the right way.
Chris brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in fencing, landscaping, and construction to every job. That experience shows in the details—from how a site is prepped to how the finished work looks and holds up over time. What started as a small local operation has grown through referrals and repeat customers who value quality work and clear communication.
